What is Giving Tuesday?

Giving Tuesday is a global day of generosity following Black Friday and Cyber Monday. This day is special as individuals, organizations, and businesses come together to support the worthy causes they believe in, in the communities they live in. Sauver Des Chiens is excited to participate in Giving Tuesday on December 3rd!

Sauver Des Chiens, which is French for “To Save The Dogs”, was founded November 2016. SDC is a 501(c)3 ALL volunteer, foster-based organization. We are based in Texas but have fosters and dogs throughout Texas and Louisiana.

Our passion and mission is to rescue neglected, unwanted, and abused, German Shepherd and Large Paw Dogs with the goal of finding them a new permanent and loving home. All dogs receive full veterinary care, including spay/neuter, positive training and necessary behavior modification before they are ready to adopt.

We are still a relatively new German Shepherd Rescue group but in 3 short years you have helped us save over 355 lives! We absolutely could not do this without the help of all of our supporters and donors. With your continued support and donations you can help us continue to make our mission a reality.
